1/4 pound hamburger, fried
hot salsa
hot sausage slices or pepperoni
provolone cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Add salsa, sausage and cheese to hamburger on the grill or fry pan and put a lid on until cheese is melted. Serve on a bun.

In place of hot salsa, use hot hoagie crushed peppers for some extra zest. This is a Bob & Dan's restaurant special. Bob & Dan's was a local landmark in Pleasantville, NJ.
