1 lb mostaccioli noodles
1 1/2 cup sugar
3/4 - 1 cup vinegar
2 T mustard
1 medium onion
1 T parsley
1 medium cucumber
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles with 2 T salt until tender. Drain and rinse in cold water. Toss with small amount of oil to keep from sticking together. Mix together
remaining ingredients and toss with noodles.
Refrigerate 24 hours before serving. Stir often. Keeps up to 4-6 weeks.
