1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. diced onion
2 c. diced carrots
1 c. diced green pepper
4 tbs. chicken base
1 tsp. garlic or garlic powder
1 tsp. ground sage
1 tsp. ground thyme
2 tsp. ground oregano
5 drops Tobasco sauce
1 16-ounce can tomato sauce
1 160ounce can crushed tomato puree
7 c. water
1 1/2 c. boneless fresh non-oily fish, cut into small pieces

Mix ingredients together and simmer until vegetables are ready.
