2 lbs ground beef
1 small onion chopped
1 clove of garlic chopped
1 bell pepper chopped
flour
salt
pepper
milk

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the hamburger meat. Add onion, garlic, and pepper. Cook until soft. Sprinkle a couple of spoons of flour over the mixture and cook for a few minutes. Pour in milk (enough to make gravy) and stir until desired thickness. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve over a piece of toast and top with a slice of fresh tomato.
