4 egg whites
1 cup sugar
pinch salt

3 sticks butter

1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk first 3 ingredients over dbl boiler til 120º, remove from heat, put in mixer, mix/whisk til temp is 80º

Room temp butter, cut up into chunks, incorporate slowly

Add 1 tsp vanilla at end.
