2 Tblsp. salad oil
4 lbs. beef chuck short ribs
2 lbs. white onions
2 cloves garlic
1 Tblsp. horseradish
1 8 oz. can whole cranberry sauce
4 celery stalks, cut
1 cup water
3/4 cup catsup
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In 5 qt. Dutch oven, in hot oil, cook beef ribs a few at a time until well browned. Reduce the heat to medium. Add cut up onion, celery, and garlic to drippings and cook until light brown. Spoon off the fat. Return the ribs to Dutch oven. Stir in cranberry sauce and remaining ingredients. Cover and bake at 350º for 2 1/2 hours. Stir occasionally.
