5 lbs. bread flour
3 pkgs. yeast
1 Tblsp. salt
1 Tblsp. sugar
1 egg beaten
2 Tblsp. oil
7 cups very warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Put yeast, half of sugar, half of salt into a medium sized bowl. Add 2 cups very warm water. Stir and let set 20-30 minutes or until it turns bubbly. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Knead the dough. Let the dough rise until double. Knead down dough and let it rise again. Knead dough slightly, divide into 6 equal portions, shape into loaves and put into pans. Let the dough rise again and then bake at 350º until done.
