1 1/8 c. milk (can add some broth)
1 egg
2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together.
Beat eggs, add milk and broth. Add egg mixture to flour, a small amount at a time, to make a soft dough.
Roll and cut.
Drop in boiling broth. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
