Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 Massive Griddle (I don't want to brag, but mine is (15" X 19")
6 c. cooked, parboiled rice (I use Mahatma Jasmine Thai Rice) **It is very important that the rice be chilled overnight or your dish may explode
1 Short Asian Man
3 eggs
1 bottle of soy sauce
1 stick of butter
1 bottle of Teriyaki sauce (I use House of Tsang's "Classic Stir Fry Sauce")
1 T. roasted sesame seeds
1 bottle of safflower or sesame oil
1/4 tsp. minced garlic
black pepper
pinch of fresh chopped ginger
1 large or 2 small onions
2 zucchini
1 lb. of boneless, skinless chicken or cat

Directions:
Directions:
First, cut your chicken into tiny, bite-size cubes while removing any excess fat. Next, chop your onion and zucchini. I like to cut the zucchini into finger sized strips and the onion into strips as well.

Heat the massive griddle to 350 degrees. Spread a little oil on your griddle and scramble your 3 eggs and chop them into very fine pieces. Move them to the side and pour 2 tablespoons of your oil into the center. Now dump your heaping pile of chilled, cooked rice on top along with 2 tablespoons of butter and spread it across the griddle while mixing in the eggs. Sprinkle a fair amount of pepper on top and then mix in 3-4 tablespoons of soy sauce. Stir-fry it quickly until it is golden brown. Now add your 1/4 teaspoon of garlic (it really does not take very much) and about 2-3 tablespoons of your teriyaki sauce. Stir fry it until it for a couple of minutes and set it aside somewhere to stay warm.

Now it is time to cook your vegetables. Spread a little more oil on your griddle and add 1 tablespoon of butter. Spread your vegetables across the griddle and heat them up for about a minute. Now add a couple of teaspoons of soy sauce and a pinch of chopped ginger and some pepper to taste. Stir fry it all for a couple of minutes and set it aside with your rice.

Finally, add some more oil to the griddle and spread your chicken cubes across it. Brown the meat until it is cooked thoroughly, then add some pepper. Pour a couple of teaspoons of soy sauce and your sesame seeds on to the chicken. Stir fry it for a minute or two and add a couple tablespoons of teriyaki sauce. Keep stir frying them until they start to get crispy. Give your Asian man a high five and you are done.
