1 can refried beans
2 cans original Rotel-undrained (use the habinaro one if you want it to have a real kick to it)
1 large can/box of chicken broth or 2-16oz cans
1/2 cup of corn
2 chicken breasts cooked and shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Mix chicken broth and Rotel in a pot and bring to a boil. Stir in beans, corn, and chicken then simmer on low for about 5 minutes and it's ready to go. Top with sour cream, Monterey Jack cheese, and crushed tortilla chips.
