1 cup Wesson oil
3 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 lb. can pumpkin
1/2 cup water
3 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 cup pecans
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together dry ingredients. Set aside. Cream together oil, sugar, and eggs. Beat till fluffy. Add dry ingredients, pumpkin, water, nuts and vanilla. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees or till toothpick comes out clean. Fills 2 greased loaf pans or 3 small loaf pans.
