1 large can tomato juice
3 small cans tomato paste
4 lb hamburger, browned
1 large onion, diced
3 stalks celery, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt

Combine all ingredients. Cook covered over low heat for 6 to 7 hours, stirring occasionally.
