1 package of Mild Country Sausage
1 box of Penne Pasta noodles (large or small)
1 Jar of Garlic and Herb Pasta Sauce
1 Container of Cottage Cheese
1 lb of Colby Jack Cheese
1 lb of Mozzarella Cheese
Dash of Onion Powder
Dash of Garlic Powder
Dash of Parsley
Asiago and Parmesan Cheese (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil noodles in a large pot of water until cooked.

In a skillet, crush apart sausage, let cook.

Add pasta sauce to sausage in skillet and mix together, add garlic powder, onion powder and parsley to taste.
Add noodles to baking dish, pour sauce/sausage over noodles.
Add cottage cheese over pasta sauce.
Slice Colby and Mozzarella Cheese into thin slices,
over the cottage cheese completely with cheeses.

Add Asiago-Parmesan cheese if desired.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
