Large Frying Pan,
1/3 cup oil,
1/2 to 3/4 c. flour,
broth from turkey,
extra water if needed,
giblets - chopped,
eggs - sliced,
salt & pepper if needed.

Directions:
Directions:
In a large frying pan, add: oil, when it gets hot, add flour, keep stirring, (if to dry, add very little oil to be able to stir easy, or if to runny, add flour, 1 tea at a time)

As it is browning good, add turkey broth, (keep stirring + extra water if needed.) + giblets + eggs.

Stir until it starts to get thick. Take completely off heat or it will get to thick. May need a little more salt or pepper, so season after tasting first!!

Not everyone eats giblet gravy, so may serve 16 people, but depends on how much everyone uses on turkey and stuffing. I have worked on this recipe for years and Joe and I prefer it this way....
