Preheat oven to 350 degrees,
9 X 13 X 4 Cake Pan - lined in heavy duty foil,
Gal Bowl,
3 pkg White Pepperidge Farms Stuffing Mix,
3 pkg Yellow Pepperidge Farms Stuffing Mix,
2 Raw Eggs,
3 boiled eggs - boiled & sliced,
1 sticks of celery - cleaned & chopped,
1 large onion - chopped,
Giblets - chopped (easy on the liver or not use at all)
1/2 stick of margarine - softened,
Broth of turkey,
Salt,
Pepper,
Garlic,
Basil,
Parsley,
Sage as desired.

In large bowl add: 3 pkg white stuffing mix + 3 pkg yellow stuffing mix + 2 raw eggs + 3 boiled eggs + celery + onion + Use half of giblets, + margarine + enough broth from turkey to make it moist, not runny + add salt, pepper, garlic, basil, parsnip, sage, as desired....Cover and cook at 350 or lower until firm in the middle, not dry + keep covered until done, take foil off and brown for few minutes....

Note: If not sure if dressing is done, use sharp knife and stick in middle, if comes out clean and firm, it has set! I have worked on this recipe for years, and this is how Joe and I enjoy it...
