1 egg, beaten
3/4 c milk
1 1/2 c crushed saltine crackers
1 t salt
1/2 t black pepper
1 1/2 lb lean ground beef
1/2 c tomato ketchup
1 1/2 t sugar
1/4 t Tabasco sauce
1/2 c onions, chopped fine
1 8z can tomato sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce.

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bow, add beaten egg, milk and cracker crumbs. Mix until crackers are soft. Add salt, pepper, ground beef, tomato ketchup, sugar, tabasco sauce, onions, Worcestershire sauce and tomato sauce, leaving about 2 T in the can. Mix real good. Shape into a loaf in a 9 x 5 x 4" loaf dish. Mix 2 T of ketchup in the can with the tomato sauce. Spread over meat loaf. Bake at 350º for 45 -60 minutes. Let cool about 20 minutes before serving.
