2 1/2 pound chicken
2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup minced green pepper 2 tablespoons instant minced onion
Paprika to taster
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup hot water
pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons flour (for paste)
2 tablespoons water

Directions:
Brown chicken which has been dusted in salted flour in oiled frying pan until lightly browned. Add tomatoes, green pepper, onion, paprika, garlic powder, hot water & cayenne pepper. Cook over low heat 45 minutes or until chicken is tender. Remove chicken to hot platter. Make paste of flour and water and add to remaining gravy in pan. Stir and cook until thickened and smooth. Add 1 cup sour cream and heat but do not cook. Pour over chicken. Serve over rice, noodles, or potatoes.
