3 c watermelon, cubed and seeded
2 Anaheim peppers, seeded and chopped
1/4 c cilantro, chopped
1/4 c lime juice
1/3 c red onion, minced1 glove garlic minced
2 tbsp fresh mint finely chopped
1/2 tsp sugar

1. combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir well
2. let chill for 2 hours serve with tortilla chips
