Ingredients:  
4 split chicken breasts
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c flour
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
2 T olive oil
2 T butter
2 cans cream of chicken soup
Dash of garlic powder
1 c dry white wine
4 thin slices ham
4 slices Swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Dip chicken in egg and dredge in flour
Brown chicken in butter and olive oil, salt & pepper to taste
Combine soup, garlic and wine
Pour over chicken, cover and simmer for 1 hour, adding water or wine, if necessary
Top each chicken breast with a slice of ham and slice of cheese
Cover and heat until cheese is melted

Serve with Wild Rice
