30 oz package of frozen Potatoes O'Brien, thawed
8 oz cheddar cheese, grated
16 oz sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions:
Directions:
Grease or Pam large casserole dish
Mix all ingredients together
Pour into casserole
Bake, uncovered, @ 350 for 1 - 1 1/2 hours until top is browning and bubbly
