2/3 c butter, melted & cooled slightly
1 1/2 c brown sugar
2 T honey
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 c flour
1/2 c old-fashioned rolled oats
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 c dried Cranberries (craisins)
3/4 c white chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend butter, sugar and honey. Add egg and vanilla; mix well. In another bowl, combine flour, oats, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; add to butter mixture. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop by teaspoonful’s on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake until edges are lightly browned and centers are still soft, about 12-15 minutes. Cool completely.
