Directions:
Combine flours, oats, cornmeal, wheat germ, bran, brown sugar, salt and yeast in a large bowl. Stir until well blended. In a small saucepan, hat 1 cup milk and 2 tbsp vegetable oil until very warm (120-130 degrees). Add milk mixture to bread mix; stir until a soft dough forms. Turn onto a lightly floured surface and knead 5 minutes or until dough becomes smooth and elastic.
Cover and allow dough to rest 10 minutes. Shape dough into a loaf and place in a greased 4 1/2 x 8 1/2 inch loaf pan. Spray top of dough with cooking spray, cover and let rise in a warm place (80-85 degrees) 50 minutes or until doubled in size.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brush top of loaf with a beaten egg. Bake 25-30 minutes or until bread is golden brown and sound hollow when tapped. Serve warm or transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
