1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup rice, uncooked
1/4 cup milk
pepper, salt, and onion to taste
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 can tomato soup
1 can water

Directions:
Directions:
Make into balls. Then mix can tomato soup and can water, pour over balls. Bake 45 minutes covered. Then uncover and bake another 45 minutes.
