3 cups Bisquick
10 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated, at room temperature
1 lb. (hot or regular) sausage (country style)

Directions:
Directions:
Blend ingredients well. Add any or all of the following: dash of garlic, hot sauce or Tabasco. Add just enough Worcestershire or milk to hold balls together. Form into 1 inch balls, bake 12 minutes in 400º oven. These will freeze well.
