3 boxes Pistachio,

1 - 2 c. of marshmallow's.

Directions:
Directions:
In a smaller bowl, I mix
1 can of drained pineapple +
1 box of Pistachio, and stir well, + 1 cool whip + pecans, and stir well, add to large bowl. (I do this 3 times and mix smaller amounts because you have to stir the pistachio very good into the pineapple because it does not taste good if you get a bit of pistachio by itself!!)
Add cherries or marshmallows if desired.

Personal Notes:
My brother always called this Pistachio Salad: "Green Stuff." At Thanksgiving and Christmas, he always told me to "Be sure and bring the Green Stuff!!" He has been deceased about 16 years now, but still wish I could take him a huge bowl!
