1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 c. corn starch
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 pkg. strawberry jello
1 container fresh strawberries
1 pre-made pie shell, baked (or make a crust yourself using the crust recipe)
Directions:
Directions:
In a medium saucepan, add corn starch to sugar and then add the water and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat until mixture bubbles and becomes clear.

Remove from heat, add the jello and stir. Let cool. Add fresh strawberries and pour into a baked pie shell. The pie should cool overnight in the refrigerator. Top with whipped cream and serve.
