1 c sugar
1 c light brown sugar, firmly packed
1 c evaporated milk
4 tbsp light corn syrup
Pinch of salt
1 c large marshmallows, cut in pieces
1/2 c peanut butter
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla

Chocolate Dip (variation)
6 oz dark dipping chocolate, melted
3/4 c pecans, finely ground

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium saucepan, cook sugars, milk, syrup and salt to the soft ball stage (234 degrees on a candy thermometer) Just before removing from heat, add marshmallows, peanut butter and butter. Stir until blended and set aside to cool. Add vanilla and beat; pour into a butter 8 x 8 inch pan. Cool completely. Store in airtight container or see chocolate dipped variation.

Variation:
Cut cooled peanut butter fudge into various shapes. Dip edges into chocolate, then into nuts. Place on waxed paper to dry. Store in airtight container.
