1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 finely chopped clove of garlic
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can (4-oz) mushrooms
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger, onion and garlic. Drain and stir in soup, mushrooms and salt. Simmer uncovered about 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Heat until hot.
