1 medium sized elephant
1 ton of pepper
2000 bushels of carrots
2 small rabbits( optional)
1 ton salt
500 bushels of potatoes
4000 sprigs of parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Cut elephant into bite size pieces. ( This will take about 2 months). Cut vegetables into cubes. ( This will take another 2 months). Place meat in pan and cover with 1000 gallons of water. Simmer for 4 weeks. Garnish with parsley. Will serve 3800 people - if more are expected add the two rabbits.
( This is not recommended as very few people like hare in their stew).
