1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 cup white chocolate chips
3/4 cup whole macadamia nuts, measured then coarsely chopped
1 cup sweetened coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line an 8x8 baking dish with foil and spray with cooking spray.
In a small bowl combine melted butter with graham cracker crumbs and mix well.
Press firmly into the bottom of the pan.
Pour sweetened condensed milk over graham cracker crust.
Combine white chocolate chips, macadamia nuts, and sweetened coconut in a bowl. Pour mixture onto the sweetened condensed milk and press down slightly.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until coconut is toasted. Cool on a wire rack.
After bars have cooled, pull bars out of pan using foil and cut into 16 bars.
*If you can't get enough chocolate, add a chocolate drizzle to these bars for an extra sweet touch. Melt 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips with 1 teaspoon of shortening in the microwave until melted. Drizzle over cooled bars and let chocolate set up before serving.
