1 Tbs instant yeast
3 c flour
2 Tbs sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 c butter
3/4 c milk
2 eggs
Filling:
2 Tbs cinnamon
1 c sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, yeast, sugar, salt. Combine with butter as you would pie dough. Add milk and beaten eggs. Knead dough until soft. Place in a bowl and let stand in fridge overnight.
Next, divide dough into 4 parts. Roll as you would for a pie crust. Sprinkle filling mixture on both sides of crust, working it in a bit. Cut like a pie. Roll each wedge from wide edge toward narrow.
Bake 15 minutes at 350.

*I used to make these at Christmas time when the boys were younger.
