1-1 1/2 lbs. boneless chicken breast, cut in 1" pieces
4 stalks celery
1 medium size onion
1 green bell pepper
1 clove garlic
1 bottle Panda Express Kung Pao Sauce
2 bags boil-in-bag brown rice
1-2 handful's of roasted peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare rice according to directions. Cut chicken, celery, and green pepper into bite size pieces. Dice onion and garlic. In a large skillet or wok, saute chicken and garlic with a small amount of kung pao sauce until chicken is fully cooked. Add celery, onion, and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes, then add the remainder of kung pao sauce and rice, and cook until all ingredients are fully coated. Finally, add peanuts and cook for a few more minutes. Serve hot.
