4 chicken breast halves (with the bones)
1 c. white rice
1 c. water
2 cans condensed cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup (or 1 of each)
1 package dried onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Put chicken breasts into a greased two quart casserole. Combine rice, soups and water. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle dried soup mix over the top. Cover and bake at 350º for 1 1/2 hour. Uncover and bake 15 minutes to brown the top.

To make this gluten free, use gluten free condensed soup. Lipton onion soup mix is not gluten free. Some store brands may be. There is a recipe for onion soup mix in The Gluten Free Gourmet Cooks Fast and Healthy. (Or contact Sue Zeiders and I will give you that recipe.)
