1/4 C. oil
2 eggs - beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 C. buttermilk
2 C. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 C. sugar
2 C. blueberries
STREUSEL:
1 C. flour
1/2 C. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 C. cold butter

Directions:

Preheat oven 350º
Grease jelly-roll sheet pan. Combine together oil, eggs, vanilla and buttermilk. In another bowl sift together 2 cups flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and sugar. Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients. Mix until combined (do not beat). Pour into pan. Top with blueberries.
STREUSEL: Combine 1 cup flour, brown sugar, cinnamon. Cut in butter. Put the streusel on the blueberries. Bake 30 - 35 minuets.
