1 lb. Hot or Mild Sausage
1 lb. Sharp Cheddar Cheese (grated)

1. Preheat oven to 350º
2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well
3. Roll into 1 inch balls and place on a raised edge backing pan.
4. Bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
