8 oz. Macaroni (1/2 box)
1 lb. Ground Beef
1 c. Grated Cheddar Cheese
4 oz. Cheddar Cheese Slices
1 1/2 c. Milk
1 Egg
1 tsp. salt
Black Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º
2. Cook noodles according to directions on the box, drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside
2. Brown the ground beef and set aside
3. Mix together the milk, egg, salt, and pepper
4. In a 9x13 casserole dish, layer in half the noodles, half the ground beef, and shredded cheese. Repeat the layering ending with the sliced cheddar chesse.
5. Pour the milk mixture over the casserole making sure that the noodles are completely covered. If you don't have enough, pour more milk over the casserole until the noodles are just covered.
6. Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and browned.
