2 lbs. hamburger
1/2 t black pepper
1/2 t salt
16 oz. can tomato sauce
1 cup cooked white rice
1/4 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 T chili powder
2 cups shredded Velveeta cheese.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Set aside 1 cup of cheese. Cook hamburger and drain excess grease. Mix cooked hamburger and black pepper, salt, tomato sauce, white rice, onion, green pepper, chili powder and 1 cup of cheese together in a large 3 quart casserole dish. Save 1 cup of cheese to spread on top. Bake for 20 minutes.
