1 pkg of cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. brown sugar
12 ounces caramel topping
2 "Skor" Bars
5 green apples "Granny Smith" or *apples of your choice
Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, with an electric mixer, mix the cream cheese and brown sugar until well blended. Spread the cheese mixture into a round glass pie plate. Chill for one hour. Spread the caramel topping over the cream cheese mixture. Chop the "Skor" chocolate bars into small pieces and sprinkle over the caramel topping. Serve with apples or honey graham crackers

Serve with peeled or unpeeled apple slices.
