1 32 oz pkg frozen hashbrown potatoes
1 medium onion, chopped
1 14 1/2 oz can chicken broth
2 c water
1 10 3/4 oz can cream of celery soup
1 12 fl oz can evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first four ingredients in large soup pan. Bring to a boil.
Cover and reduce heat. Simmer for 30 minutes. Stir in soup and mil. Heat completely.

I have added a little Velveeta cheese to this soup as well.
