1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. overripe mashed bananas
1 t. baking soda dissolved in 1 t. water
1 1/2 c. flour
1 t. vanilla
1 c. pecans or walnuts (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Cream ingredients together in the order given. Fold in nuts if desired. Put into greased muffin tins. Bake 12 - 15 minutes at 400º.
