1/3 C low-fat mayonnaise
1/3 C plain low-fat yogurt (or replace with low-fat or fat free sour cream and a splash of Worcestershire sauce and no milk)
1/4 C (1 ounce) crumble blue cheese (or gorgonzola)
1/4 C fat free milk (I usually use only a tablespoon or so and have even gone without completely when I don't have any milk (Silk or Almond Breeze will not work!)
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper, or to taste
1/8 tsp. salt, or to taste

Combine all ingredients, stirring until well blended. Cover and chill.
