1 3/4 C. Flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 C. shortening
1/4 C. cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, salt and shortening
Beat with mixer on low speed till pieces are the size of small balls
Add water all at once, beat on low speed until all is moistened.
Form dough into a ball
Divide dough in half and wrap in plastic wrap, chill
for 20 minutes
Makes 2 pie crusts
