8 cubes ice

Put all the ingredients into a blender or smoothie blender, blend for 1 minute on high speed. Enjoy.

Make 3 eight ounce glasses, May keep smoothie in refrigerate for a day or two. Delicious cold. Most any fruit can be used together to make a nice cold smoothie.eg.. pineapple, kiwi, black & red berries, apples, pears. oranges, etc.)
