Monster Cookies Recipe

2 lb brown sugar
1 lb butter
4 cups white sugar
12 eggs
3 pounds peanut butter
1 Tbs vanilla
8 tsp baking soda
18 cups quick oatmeal
1 pound smarties
1 pound chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Mix brown sugar and butter. Then in a large bowl or roaster add the remaining ingredients.
Scoop and drop onto cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork. Bake at 350º. Let stand on cookie sheet before removing.
*Gloria gave me this recipe years ago when the kids were small. They absolutely loved these cookies. So did all their friends.
