500 g lean ground beef
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, grated (or powder)
1 teaspoon ground chili powder
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 onion, roughly chopped
4 tablespoons korma curry paste (or 2tbsp curry powder)
200 ml beef stock
400 g crushed tomatoes (approx 1 large can)
¾ cup cream or homo milk
2 tablespoons lemon juice
½ cup frozen peas

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground beef with onion and garlic. Add ginger, chili, garam masala, and curry powder. Add beef stock and crushed tomatoes and cook over medium heat, stirring for 5 minutes. Add peas, then milk and lemon juice. Simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.

Serve with rice.
