3/4 cup white sugar
1 egg, unbeaten
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup boiling water
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first four ingredients. Add boiling water. Beat until stiff peaks form. This may take up to 15 minutes, but it's well worth it.
