1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 cup Crisco

2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1-1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. Baking soda
1 tsp. Salt
2 cups quick oats

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together sugars and Crisco. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt and quick oats. Add dry and wet ingredients in stages. Stir in one package of chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.
