1 package Lemon Supreme Cake mix
(I like Duncan Hines best)
1 package Lemon INSTANT pudding mix (4 serving size)
1/2 cup oil
1 cup water
4 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Blend all ingredients in a large bowl, beat at med
speed for 2 min. Bake in a greased and floured tube pan at 350º for
45-50 min, until center springs back when touched lightly.
Cool right side up on a rack for about 25 min. then remove from pan.
Glaze:
Blend 1 cup confectioers sugar with either 2 tablespoons milk OR
2 Tablespoons lemon juice.
Drizzle over cake.
Enjoy!
