4 large Idaho potatoes
1/2 - 1 c. mayonnaise (to taste)
1 squirt yellow mustard (to taste)
2 dill pickle spears, diced very small
1 can (4 oz) black olives

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the potatoes until tender. To test tenderness, stick a fork into potato. If it goes pretty deep easily, they are cooked and tender on the inside. It should take about 20-30 min. Once done, drain and let cool enough to handle. Then peel the potatoes and dice them. Add 1/2 cup mayonnaise and mix. If you want it creamier, add more mayonnaise. Add a little mustard, the pickles, and the olives and mix. Serve and enjoy!
