¾ c. warm water
3 Tbl. Yeast,
pinch of salt
3 eggs
¾ c. sugar
1 Tbsp. Salt
½ c. vegetable oil
1 can evaporated milk
1 can warm water (evaporated milk can)
6 + cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix: warm water, yeast, pinch of salt and let sit for a minute. Beat in eggs. Add sugar, salt, vegetable oil, evaporated milk, water and 6 c. of flour(should be a little sticky, but may need 2 + cups more, added a little at a time). Beat for 2 minutes. Let rise. Roll out on floured surface, cut out into circles and fold and fold in half (may be dipped in melted butter before folding-fold the butter inside). Let rise for about 20 minutes. Bake at 350º for 16-18 minutes.
